Coastal Threads was started in 2008 by Danielle & Chris Claudet. Since 2020 we have been a 100% water based ink printer, which provides the ultimate in softness, quality and durability. The main benefit for working with Coastal Threads is that you will be in direct contact with the owners, who are also the sole operators.

About Danielle

A Baton Rouge native, Danielle is a graduate from both St. Joseph's Academy & LSU. She worked in the medical fundraising world for numerous years and is now the mom to 3 beautiful girls. She manages her family while assisting in the printing business.

About Chris

Also a Baton Rouge native, Chris enjoyed art from a young age. He graduated with a BFA from the LSU School of Art & Design with a concentration in Graphic Design. After years of working in the paper-goods printing world he transitioned into textile goods by opening Coastal Threads in 2008.
